When will my order arrive?

Depending on the shipping company chosen and the delivery manager in charge, we partner with shipping providers based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the countries specified on our shipping page. For international delivery, you can contact our store team via WhatsApp. Please provide information on the product weight and pricing for international freight forwarders who are not currently registered with our store.

What if I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?

Please read our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. If the product has a defect, and a return is approved, the shipping cost will be covered by the company and refunded to you. However, the product value will not be refunded according to our return policy.
